Due to our expanding work load Evo Architects are pleased to announce the opening of a Branch Office in Bradford Yorkshire.

I & E Developments have formally appointed Evo to prepare a Feasibility Study on a 3-acre residential scheme in close proximity to Mancunian Way Manchester. The scheme consists of 3 No. residential towers comprising of 180 apartments.
October 2006 John O’Groats Hotel, Scotland
Evo have recently been appointed by English Heritage Plc as Lead Consultants to redesign the famous John O’Groats Hotel, Scotland. Originally appointed as scheme architects in 2001, to look at a major refurbishment programme, the practice by producing a unique design has convinced its clients to consider a new build scheme.
October 2006 Chapel Street / Residential Tower, Manchester
Cubic Property have appointed Evo to submit a Full Planning application for a 2-storey Mixed Use Residential / Commercial tower. The scheme will break new ground for the practice in being the tallest building designed to date.
